Pre-existing conditions or injuries
Reactions to grooming products or equipment
Accidental injury, escape, or loss due to unforeseen events or incorrect information provided

With your permission, we may take photos of your dog before or after grooming for promotional purposes, including on our website and social media. Let us know if you do not wish for your pet’s image to be used.
